- Language Ability – You have to score the minimum 6 per band in IELTS in all four abilities – Reading, Writing, Listening & Speaking
- Education – You must have a minimum of a completed certificate, diploma, or degree from a secondary institution or post-secondary institution. It must be assessed by an authorized assessing body by getting an ECA – Educational Credential Assessment
- Proof of funds – You have to show that you have enough funds to support yourself for the move to canada or any accompanying family members.
- Must be admissible to Canada

Before entering the Pool
- ECA fees – $227 CAD to $322 CAD (per person)
- IELTS fees – INR 14,000 ($250 CAD) (per person)
- Application processing fees – $825 CAD (per person)
- Right of Permanent Residence fees – $500 CAD (per person)
- Include a dependent child(ren) – $225 (per child)
- Medical – $70 CAD approx. (per person)
- PCC – INR 500 ($10 CAD) (per person)
Other than this, you must also be required to show some proof of funds. If you have a valid job-offer OR application through CEC, you are exempted from this requirement.

Language Skills (Maximum 28 points)
An immigrant who want to move in Canada, they need to communicate in one or both of Canada’s official languages (English and French). These 28 points are awarded to the candidate based on language skills in both languages. Points are awarded based on the ability in: Writing Listening, Speaking, and Reading.
Language skills are points are awarded in the following manner:

NOC is a list of occupations in the Canadian local labour market and it is majorly used to classify jobs. NOC code describes duties, skills, work settings, and talents for various kinds of jobs.

- In an occupation that is listed as NOC Skill type-level A or B
